The Elder Scrolls Conversion Project; Silenced condition

So this is just a small snippet of rule, creating it for the Elder Scrolls conversion, but of course, you can use it in any game.

- A silenced creature automatically fails to cast any spells, or spell like abilties. The spellpoints and the uses of the abilities are not lost.

  1. so is this project dead? it is mostly done but it feels like it is missing something, also if you do come back to this project a campaign setting section would be much appreciated.
