The Elder Scrolls Conversion Project; The Basics

To convert TES into 5th Edition, there are some things that need to be done. In earlier posts I have done the races, and for several days now, I have been working on converting the Magic system, but there are these small, rather cosmetic changes to the game that makes it feel much more like Elder Scrolls. This post will be regularly updated as I add more and more tidbits.

Names are everything...

Certain ability scores will have different names: instead of Strength, Dexterity, Constitution, Intelligence, Wisdom and Charisma we will use the stats
Strength, Agility, Endurance, Intelligence, Willpower and Personality.

Spell points will be renamed to Magicka.

Currency...

The world of Elder Scrolls uses the gold coin Septim as currency. Instead of copper, silver, electrum and gold coins we will only use Septims.

Here are some prices an adventurer might encounter, but I will make a more detailed post in the future
